What helps young people with disability to be safe?

We are running two surveys about what helps young people with disability to feel, and be, safe.

Survey for young people with disability (aged 18-30)

Survey for people who support young people (families, friends, advocates and support workers).

The surveys are part of a national project on promoting safety and preventing abuse. They build from research with over 60 young people with disability, who gave us new and important knowledge about what safety meant to them, along with things that help and hinder them in being safe.

This stage of the research provides an opportunity for other people to also share their perspectives.

The surveys are open until 30 July 2017.
